“NO RINGER RULE” Teams must be comprised of verifiable commercial real estate industry employees. Any team that uses a non-employee as a team player will forfeit its points for that event. Companies with 50 or fewer employees may “team up” with another company and join forces to create a team. Team player lists must be submitted no less than 5 days prior to the event.
Athletic events include: Paddle Tennis doubles, six-man sand court Volleyball, Basketball Shoot-Out, Surfboard Relay, Closest-to-the-Pin Golf, and Special Event Relay and Dunk Tank. Events may be subject to change.
All Teams must consist of a minimum of six players, with at least one woman on each team. If you do not have enough players to form a team and would like to combine with another firm, please read the Boutique Team Qualifications.
Entry fee for a six-player team is $2,300. Each team player package includes a continental breakfast, lunch, beer & soda throughout the day, a coveted player gift bag, cocktail reception, buffet dinner, and a team total of 30 raffle tickets**. Additional tickets for the Cocktail Reception/Dinner are sold at the door ($150) subject only to availability.
Team reservations can be made by credit card for confirmation purposes, to be followed by a company check. (Team entries will be limited to the first sixteen paid respondents.) Once 16 teams have confirmed participation, and we have not yet received a check from your company, your credit card will be charged the minimum fee of $2,300 for a six-player team. An invoice will follow for any additional charges.
No cell phone usage is allowed on the Club premises.

** The 30 raffle tickets included in your team package can be distributed to your team, or may be used as a marketing incentive for your clients. You may also sell the raffle tickets at $20 each or $100 for a sheet of 6.
Please fax or email your completed registration form WITH CREDIT CARD NUMBER. You must list a designated team captain or contact person, and that person’s e-mail address for future correspondence. Also include a list of anticipated team players; substitutions and additions can be made no later than 5 days prior to the event.
